The given terms and conditions apply to our clients to understand our policies for  VA or Outsourcing services. Our eCom VA is a notable company in India, and we are bonded to the NDA agreement.

A non-disclosure agreement is a legitimately necessary contract that builds a confidential relationship. The client contracting the agreement accepts that sensitive information they may collect will not be made open to others.

Non-disclosure agreements are useful for businesses entering into negotiations with other companies. In this case, it may be called a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Our company discusses all points with a client, so they are aware of the agreement points. If they agree with our terms and conditions, then we do an NDA agreement.
