Well, our preferred modes of payments are Paypal, Debit/Credit, and Upwork. You can choose any of these while paying us for services.

Yes, A client is entitled to request a refund if not satisfied with the services. Only applicable with 1st payment. Requests for refund must be done within the 1st week if you are not satisfied with the services.

We will take suitable professional and organizational safety measures to secure your personal data and to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal data. We will protect your personal data on reliable servers, personal computers, and other manual record-keeping systems.

We use various communication systems like Skype, Upwork, Whatsapp, Microsoft Teams, Hangout, Gmail, Telegram, Trello or any of the client preference in order to conduct a smooth conversation and project management.

We work Monday to Friday in your preferred time zone. We can also conduct meetings on weekends on request or if there is any work priority.

We work full-time for 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week = 40 hrs

Our web-based software tracks the amount of time our employees contribute to a project. With its reporting feature, our client receives detailed data on how many hours were spent on each project.

You can easily monitor the tasks and pay accordingly. Our managers always keep their eyes on the staff to make sure they are working on assigned projects with complete enthusiasm.

We always prepare our work, task and progress reports and send them daily, weekly or monthly according to the client requirement.

Ordinarily, we do not work on weekends. In case, if we schedule a call or meeting on the weekend, we will always be there to handle your projects on an urgent basis. On the other hand, if there is a work priority from your end, we will manage it on weekends on special requests.
